He's worried about, and more accurately, the Nationalization of 3 large companies out of 10,000. That's a far cry from accurately being labeled "socialism or communism". And besides that, there are literally a 100's of large entities the government is involved in, and arguably needed the way they are, with some having no possibility of being truly privatized. It's been that way for a long time, and it isn't going to change anytime soon, if just slowly at best.
