I believe H.R.3962.PCS is the Government Run Healthcare bill that the Democrats are going to try to FORCE to pass through Reconciliation. This Government Run Healthcare bill has the Public Option(which will probably force private Insurance Companies out of business), it also FORCES most citizens of the United States to purchase Health Insurance or face a fine and/or imprisonment, it also has those 'death panels' if your healthcare treatment is too expensive for you older/critical patients, among other things.
