Within the week our supposed representatives in Washington could be
passing into ‘law’ the government take-over of health care—which the
American People, clearly, don’t want. Our nation was formed on the
noble principle that the Will of People determines what government
does, and what laws can be passed. But our elitist Congress—which
unfortunately has become our elected dictators—is deluded and believes
that it is they who determine what is “right” for the American People.
If we were on a sailing ship of the 18th century and “the
crew” (Congress) told the captain (the People) that they are in
charge, the crew would be guilty of mutiny. The trials would be brief
and the splashes from the end of gangplank large. *** Violating the
Will of the People is the equal of the most serious TREASON. Congress
does that every day. Water-boarding would be too good for those
treasonous bastards!
No one person, not even Adolph Hitler, has done more harm to the USA
than that perpetual “candidate”, Barack Obama. Obama has, blatantly,
advocated the abandonment of our Representative Republic form of
government in favor of total socialism or communism. For him,
capitalism should to be under the control of government, or his
unconstitutional czars, who answer to him. The novel “Atlas Shrugged”
must be Obama’s ideal for the government control of the economy and
society. With Obama as President, we are surely doomed as a nation…
Amazingly, a hard-core 40% or so of the American People still give
their tacit approval to whatever that traitor, Obama, desires. It’s
easy to suppose that the 40% includes Oprah Winfrey. She sheds
crocodile tears every time a… Black succeeds at anything. Much has
been made of the fact that, for the first times in their lives, many
Blacks contributed $20 to $100 of their hard earned money to pay for
getting Obama… elected. For them, that money was like the purchasing
of lottery tickets. Obama, himself, made promises to his supporters
that he could only ’keep’ by using the money of others—whom he never
has cared to ask for their approval. Be it known: “Fair play and
democracy shall have supremacy in America.” "Taxation without
representation is tyranny.", as is stealing from ’fat cats’ to give to
the lazy beggars. In order for the USA to survive, capitalism must
not only survive, it must prosper!
PA Senator Arlen Specter, during a townhouse meeting last year, was
heard to accept a proposal that a referendum be held to ask the
American People if they want government to take-over health care.
Specter said: “I’ll take that to Congress.” Letting the voters
decide any and all controversial issues is part of the wording of my
“democracy on demand” New Constitution:
… “Local governments shall have 10 or more councilmen or a direct vote
of the People is required to pass ordinances or raise taxes. Upon
request by the Executive or 1/5 of the larger governing body, federal,
state or local law making authority shall defer to the People on
controversial issues where the will of the People is in doubt. No law
nor previous or subsequent vote on any issue shall usurp the right of
an informed Public to decide controversial issues in direct referenda;
the vote for passage shall be 60%. The apt macro-will of the People
in elections or referenda, as manifested by their votes, shall take
precedence over any contrary existing or subsequent law, governmental
hierarchy or judicial ruling. Because conditions change, older laws
aren’t necessarily the will of the People.” And:
(Article 1) “Section 9 & 10: Other than the President or his agents,
no person, news medium, organization, group, their envoys, or any
lobby, within government or without, shall be allowed to contact
representatives while such are in Washington. However, invited
persons or groups can make scheduled depositions provided they don’t
communicate with the representatives otherwise. A representative’s
constituents shall be allowed to contact them for the purpose of
influencing their votes only while they are in their home states or
districts. Representatives shall regularly contact their district
offices or return to their districts to be informed of the wishes of
their constituents, and their constituents only, and shall be held
accountable for the representativeness of their votes. The
solicitation of Citizen support is permitted, but the targeted
solicitation of representatives in any place, by any person,
organization, group, or lobby within government or without, is
prohibited. Overt solicitation, feting, or laudatory ceremony, as
above, is a felony—defined as any crime requiring a minimum three year
prison sentence, but time off for good behavior is allowed. It is
unlawful for representatives to intentionally reveal affiliation with
any political party or political activist group, whatsoever, and
unlawful for representatives to assemble in such groups, or in pro or
con factions, for the purpose of gaining persuasion over any vote.
Such restrictions shall not be construed to limit open debate on the
floor of the House or in any committees. At risk of civil action, no
person nor group shall use political or pseudo-political labels to
classify any candidate or official. Representatives shall be seated
randomly regardless of their voting history and ideology. Bills shall
be sufficiently short in length and focused in subject matter so votes
on such can be indicative of the representatives' true positions.
Putting unassociated, disparate items into a bill to influence the
passage of the whole or its parts is prohibited. Representatives
shall not be polled concerning issues up for a vote, nor shall
Citizens be polled prior to any election on their support for any
candidate, amendment, or referendum item. It shall be a felony to
take, or to disseminate, the results of any such poll. But
representatives shall poll those law-abiding Citizens within their
districts who are most affected by any bill, and defer to the results
in voting. No release of projected election or referenda results
shall be made until all polls have been closed one hour. Votes taken
on bills are final. If there is less than a 55% yea vote, as below,
no revoting on a bill, unless first substantially changed, can be
taken for two years. Passed bills that are constitutional become law,
but when possible, laws shall be probationary for one year to allow
more Citizen input—with no disfavor being shown to such latter input.
Laws shall be revoted and expunged if new information shows such to
have been poorly conceived, or contrary to the will of the People—
especially the law-abiding Citizens most affected. Officials not
honoring the latter or acting counter to the will of or not in the
best interests of their electorate shall be removed. Except for
elections or referenda, secret ballots shall not be used in
governmental nor judicial proceedings, and no part of any official
public meeting shall be held in private.
No bill shall become law without at least a 55% affirmative
vote. All laws on the books shall indicate vote of passage. Laws
passing by fewer than 60% of the representatives shall automatically
expire every four years, but the House shall vote before such
expiration date to determine if such laws are to continue in force.
The casting of votes in the House shall be by a means that is
simultaneous, representative specific, and secure. “
I record the Glenn Beck show every day. That (probably, partially
“mad”) man is an expert at digging up the blatant remarks of public
officials which run counter to the Constitution. After watching his
shows, I feel drained from yet another day of the obvious: The
Constitution is being disregarded and our representatives, or those
doing Obama’s bidding, are either criminal types or political
tyrants. Beck is the second most influential celebrity behind Oprah
Winfrey. Yet, he leaves a big void following most of his shows; to
wit: Beck points out the treason, but softens such by calling it
progressivism. Clearly, the USA is going down-the-tubes, but Beck has
never advocated REVOLUTION. More often than not, Beck correctly calls
this country a Republic. But he hasn’t rallied the citizens when that
Republic is shown to be just a mockery. Nearly three centuries ago,
Paul Revere rode through the night shouting: “The British are coming…
the British are coming!!” For patriotic Americans, Revere’s words
were all that was needed to rally them to the common cause. Yet,
Glenn Beck’s words, as truthful and damning as they are, flow in one
ear and out the other. Sadly, the public is NUMB to most that the
media has to say.
If politics as usual is allowed to continue, our “representatives”
will keep being elitist, egotistical, CAREER politicians… And we will
all be saddled with the burdens of close to a century of ‘Laws’ which
never qualified to be passed. The reason? Those laws haven’t had the
approval of the PEOPLE, but rather have only had the approval of the
thinnest of… majorities. My New Constitution REQUIRES that laws be
acceptable to at least 55% of the People just to remain probationary.
Never again should the USA be ruled by laws having about as many
people opposed as in favor. Be it known: America wasn’t created to
have the “winners” lord-it-over the losers, like the Democrats keep
hoping they can do to the ‘fat cat’ Republicans.
For four marvelous weeks, Henry Louis Gates, Jr. has delved into the
genealogy of some famous celebrities. If many didn’t already know it,
most people alive today are no more than seven generations from being
related to any other person alive—regardless of their race, creed or
color. Yet, we too often cling to our supposed roots and look with
suspicion on those who are superficially different from us. The USA,
and even the World, is divided nation against nation; group against
group; sect against sect; party against party; team against team; ad
nauseam. While claiming that we in the USA are… a “democracy”, most
of those loyal to any portion of the list in the last sentence
continue to allow the will of the ‘groups’ to take precedence over the
FAIR will of the individuals with whom we all have so much in common.
Unless and until we can start valuing the ‘common bonds’ that
transcend the platforms of any group, this country won’t be able to
extricate itself from the certain, continued decline in our government
and nation. Our weakness is the simple lack of resolve. But if a few
will LEAD, many will follow! That is my prayer!
