Will you EVER be able to support this nonsensical claim
with the article, section and clause or amendment that
provides power To the Feds to extend and withhold permission
to those seeking to enter (exit) the Sovereign States?

Under Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, "Improper Entry by

The "US Code" is NOT the "Law of the Land" -- the Constitution is.
   HERE is the Constitution:http://www.constitution.org/cons/constitu.txt
POINT to that Article, Section and Clause or Amendment that
    supports your claim.

plainolamerican
that you would attempt to ignore our laws because they aren't
explicitly written in the Constitution says tons about your intellect
MJ
So your answer is a resounding ... No ... you cannot locate the
article, section and clause or amendment that provides the
Feds with the constitutional power/authority to make such laws.

Therefore affirming Amendment X:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution,
nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States
     respectively, or to the people.

And also AFFIRMING that this idea of 'illegal' is nonsensical.

If the Feds are NOT provided the authority or power BY the Constitution,
they do not have it and cannot legitimately exercise it.

the bottom line is that you, like the jews, want open borders in the
US ... newsflash - it's not going to happen
MJ
<sigh> Silly Apparatchik ... the Government will no more be able to
'close' the borders than it can accomplish *anything* else. Why should
we WASTE resources in a fruitless attempt to VIOLATE rather than
SECURE (natural) rights?

Modern nationalism and collectivism have, by the restriction of migration, perhaps come nearest to the "servile state." …Man can hardly be reduced more to a mere wheel in the clockwork of the national collectivist state that being deprived of his freedom to move.... Feeling that he belongs now to his nation, body and soul, he will be more easily subdued to the obedient state serf which nationalist and collectivist governments demand. -- Wilhelm Röpke
