They don't say but how much of that 220 billion euros is the US share of
the IMF and where is that coming from and does that do to our already
disastrous deficit.

European Ministers Announce Loan Deal to Stabilize Troubled Economies
Elena Salgado, the Spanish finance minister, has announced a
deal among European nations for 60 billion euros managed by
the European Commission and 440 billion euros in bilateral
loans to help stabilize troubled economies. She said the
International Monetary Fund was ready to give up to 220
billion euros separately.
