What Do I Do When A Richard Blumenthal Type Gets Caught Lying Despicably?
What do I do when a lib gets caught in a horrible egregious lie? I head on
over to the Daily Kos and see what the Kosholes have to say.
A guy named Giles Goat Boy wrote a piece that was sort of halfway towards an
indictment of Blumenthal. He characterized Blumenthal as a victim of the
press, blaming them for reporting that Dick was a Vietnam veteran, with Dick
guilty of not correcting them.
I guess he never saw this.
Goat Boy was then attacked by the Kosholes. Here is a summation of the various
pillow-biting shrieking:

this guy makes the same speech over and over and a few times out of the
hundreds that he made this part of his speech his fumbled up some words that
sorta make it sound more than it actually is.
This is like the serial rapist wanting sympathy and credit for all those times
he wasnt raping. When Goat Boy says this is about the times he was lying not
when he wasnt, Adam says:
argh then you know what, if the progressives are going to turn into a bunch of
asshats over this then dont cry when we have a WWE senate.
Adam trusts a lying politician as long as he says hes liberal. Intelligentsia

Isnt it possible likely, even that he said at some earlier point in these
speeches that he made it more clear? In that case, the crowd would already
have the context and he wouldnt necessarily feel the need to iterate over and
over that he didnt actually travel to Vietnam.

natural thing if hed said earlier in his speeches that he didnt actually go to
