I said the pipe can be fixed and am sticking by that until someone can explain to me in physical terms why it can't. So far no one has been able to. --- again ... relief wells must be drilled so that the safety valve can be repaired the pressure is so great that a cap won't work - as evidenced by BP's recent failures they knew that relief wells must be drilled - that's why they started drilling relief wells immediately
