It doesn't honor Russians, It honors those that had a hand in the
success of D-Day.. Without Operation Barbarossa and the 100 thousand
Germans transferred to meet it "Overlord" would have probably
failed..... Think before you criticize.

By the way, I also believe Pete Rose should be in the Hall of Fame as
a player...
