The agent claimed he was surrounded and attacked by a group of rock- throwing illegal immigrants, prompting him to use lethal force. Clearly not the case - they were on the other side of the bridge. The video shows a different lead-up to the incident. The. border patrol officer can be seen approaching two of the four suspected illegal immigrants who had just crossed through an opening in the fence, stopping one of the suspects, and then dragging him a short distance. The officer then aims a firearm towards a kid, standing on the Mexican side of the border, who is then seen running away. Just moments later two gunshots can be heard, and a third gunshot is heard later on the tape. The kid lies dead from a shot in the head on the Mexican side of the border. Rocks at that distance wouldn't even hurt.
