From all I have read by excellent lawyers, Breitbart actually has a better case against her than she does against him - and both have a better case against the feds.

What he did was put out a video that he got from the NAACP and he did

Sherrod was speaking to the NAACP when the video was made, I doubt she
really wants to do that.

#1. I'm not the one suing.
#2. That's for a judge to decide.

As to suing Sherrod, the case would probably be tried in a Dem biased
court like the one in AZ yesterday and why would he want to put more
money in the hands of trial lawyers when they will just pass it along to
the Dems. I firmly believe that the trial lawyers support the Dems
because they know the Dems don't really believe in the rule of law but
only in the rule of law as they see it at the time.

#1. If it's a Dem biased court, that would be better than a Rep biased
court.
#2. So get a firm belief over-zealous Republican prosecutor to sue
her.

You should send Breitbart some money for his legal defense fund that
I've no doubt he'll be starting soon...because he needs chumps like
you to help him.
