Radical Muslims are bent on building the 14 storied Mosque with swimming pools. Since when Muslim ladies started wearing swimming suits ? worth pondering... Constitution allows religious freedom by asserting that the involved groups will act in good faith with reasonable common sense. Religious freedom is not absolute. Had the founding fathers known about the 9/11 and radical Islam, they would certainly have added some 'if .. else..' clause to the so called 'religious freedom' and even blocked immigration of radical Muslims, who physically present in USA but their mind prioritizes the agenda of Hamas.
