The blogger here is a con law professor. looks like Obama and the DOJ
should not have tried this case in civilian court. They really aren't
ready to even prove what they claim. The funny thing is that judge told
them that even though the defendant might get off he will still be held
until it is all over as an enemy combatant. Why then is there even a
trial being held.
