[...] The police report said that Miller, 40, exposed himself and twice asked the officer if he wanted to “touch it.” He also asked whether the police officer was married, and after being told yes, told the officer it would “be OK,” and that he was married, too. Miller, who has three children, faces up to 60 days in jail and a $500 fine for the Class C misdemeanor, according to WTHR-TV. Gross.
