Still and all.... how about the "fact" that a lot of these... "illegals".... are in the U.S. actually doing "work", albeit or pointedly at very low "wages" ... somebody here wants them here and pays them to be here.....and they are here.....well, are they or are they not... "people"?... or are they just..."slaves"... not quite at the level of "people".....I think you get the point... citizenship here is just a "front' for... or a consequence of.... something a whole lot more fundamental (and serious, IMO) .... a denial of basic human and civil rights.
