This is ridiculous - the Wisconsin outgoing gov really trying to mess up his replacement

    Gov Doyle is Dem and his replacement Walker is Republican and very 
much against this rail project.  Wonder what he can do to cancel this 
whole mess.  Christie just refused to go along between NJ and NY and 
Port Authority.   I think that is what Walker is going to have to do.
