Interesting. One could argue that you enter a 4th Amendment free zone whenever you enter a federal building or a rock concert (I wasn't frisked at the Messiah concert last week, and at the Roger Waters concert, no one was under 40, but there was a whole lotta weed in the air. I was jealous :-)
