GE continues to benefit from it's close relationship to President Obama. Jeffrey Immelt is CEO of GE. Immelt is one of Obama economic advisers. The headquarters of United Technologies and Pratt & Whitney are in Hartford, Connecticut, in Lieberman’s home state.
