LOL! Not only did Senator Obama blast Bush for claiming the authority to do exactly this, with lots of "due process", bluster, he also said Bush's claim that congress was unnecessary to maintain that authority, was unconstitutional.
Now here he is doing BOTH! Is he an outrageous hypocrite, or someone who has learned how the real world actually works? And where is the dem opposition to such an outrageous abuse of power?
