One quick observation, and I mean this with all due respect.
Obviously, I don't agree with Vice President Biden's politics. There are
numerous issues over the course of the years that I have disagreed with, and
relatively few positions that former Senator Biden stood for, that I did in
fact concur.
To the point:
I got my J.D. late in my professional career. As a matter of fact, I didn't
receive my undergraduate degree until I was 42 years of age. I am quite
positive that I look upon many issues a bit differently than many younger
attorneys do, and even attorneys my own age. It has been said that I
sometimes, "Think Outside Of The ("Proverbial") Box"; when it comes to the
representation of my clients in both legal and business affairs.
When I was in law school, and even later, after I had graduated, I read a
number of articles and thesis by Vice President Biden. I came to one
conclusion:
Biden is a dumbass, period. Biden could not argue his way out of a wet
paper bag. Again, I mean this with all due respect, but a legal scholar, he
ain't.
