hereby, chosen Chief Administrative Officer of the House of Representatives.
Sir,
I must ask where the District of Columbia has been authorized a Seat in the
House of Representatives. According to my reading of the Constitution, where
the Republic Union known as the United States of America gets it's authority,
Article 1 Section 2 discusses the qualifications of a Representative and each
Representative must represent a State. As we all know, the District of
Columbia is NOT a State. It is just a DISTRICT, therefore has no
representation.
Now, my question is what is your intent to rectify the situation? Removal
of the unauthorized human would be a start, and Removal of the Seat would seem
to be in order.
