Repeal is a balloon to set up reform. After watching both the president and dems cave on public option, estate tax, ALL Bush cuts - and of course the November 2 slaughter - reform is gonna be VERY possible, if not likely.
It would be interesting to see if Obama is ready to drop the veto bomb for the first time.
