A successful candidate will be a proven leader seeking a career-making opportunity to revitalize a respected non-profit. Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of experience in center-right policy and political circles, either at a non-profit, political campaign, advocacy group, think tank or similar organization. However, once surrounded by so many like-minded colleagues, our romantic inclinations can't help but take on a life of their own. In a world as small as the DC freedom circuit, the possibilities are endless. We've all been there, one or two flirtatious glances at "Mr./ Ms Policy Analyst" at " X policy happy hour," and rumor has it, you two are in love, engaged and buying a house together.So what's a person to do? Embrace the public whispers and go on a few dates, or hide away like a hermit? The pay off could be an exciting relationship, or.... watching "Policy Analyst" flirt with others at every event around town. To celebrate Valentine's Day AFF style we'll discuss whether to, "Dive in, or Steer Clear?" Our panelists will debate the pros and cons, sharing classic tales from the trenches of the DC center-right social network all. Who knows, maybe you'll be inspired to share your stories as well!
