Demwit ghouls and ambulance chasers are circulating emails saying budget cuts would endanger tsunami warning systems. But the government already has satellites that can read license plates, and fails to warn people in time of siasters from 9/11 to tsunamis. Isn't this an argument for privatization? Since 'crats are incompetent.
