I was also not aware that a "Budget"  had been voted on..... just stop-
gap measures as the Dems never presented, much less passed one during
their last year in the majority.

MJ, Please explain just how it would be possible to keep that promise
ahead of a budget vote...... The fight with the Senate is about to
begin. Obama is acting as if his 2011 budget was passed and is
offering cuts based on that which does not yet exist (granted the
House did just that in the last round as well for the extension).
