Of course.  But even bad laws are bad with consitancy.  This one is
ridiculous!

Smell booze, get out da cah (this is Boston).  Smell weed, off ya go?

How bout smell crack smoke (rather distinctive).  Is that hand off
too?  How bout glue?  How bout aroma of a dead body?
