Although I tend to believe we are probably very much divergent on most
political issues, I agree with, "Brough" or whoever wrote the piec you
submitted.  (If in fact you wrote this, my apologies and kudos to you!)

I actually agree, and although only time will tell whether or not our recent
actions in Afghanistant and Iraq were beneficial for long term stability in
the region,  I tend to beleive that this is but one more example of failed
foreign policy.  As Tito was able to do in Yugoslavia,  Hussein was able to
do in Iraq,  and Quaddafi "is/was"  able to do in Libya.   That is to say,
hold a number of various cultures together and unite a group of clans and
tribes into a Nation-State.

Again, only time will tell what the outcome of this Nato involvement in
Libya will be, but I surmise it is a mistake, from the jump.
