Much ado about nothing. This has nothing to do with charity PlainOl', this has to do with our Military being the most competent that it can be! Nothing al all wrong with soldiers getting first hand experience in broadcasting, the purpose of which is to learn voice inflection and other traits in order to persuade foreign audiences.
