You should see the ads here in Mass.

Cops pull over a guy and when he opens the window, its full of beer.

The law was passed as secondary - meaning you could not be pulled over
for a seat belt violation.  They changed that 6 months later.  Fooled
ya!

Meanwhile, have no fear of driving absolutely blasted on weed, and our
court just ruled the smell of weed does not justify ordering the
driver, or passengers, to exit the vehicle.  Off you go sir!
