So the most decent social arrangement is to make more and more people totally dependent on the government for their food, shelter and clothing. That is his idea of a decent social arrangement. Whatever happened to the concept of personal responsibility. That to me is the most decent social arrangement. Good for the person and also for the society as well, something that welfare states are not.
