As International Law has no authority on this Nation, and Our Laws have no
authority abroad, unless verified by Treaty, then the acceptance or even
recognition of 'International Patents' is without the boundries of Your
Jurisdiction. This is just the FIRST thing wrong with this. And as this is an
intrigal part of the Bill, then removal of reference would cause the entire
bill to fail. I suggest you allow this failure to happen.
