Just exactly how does someone rip somebody off when minimum labor rates are set and everyone that is not covered by a Union contract has the absolute right to negotiate salary and accept or decline any and or all offers for any reason? Given that the employer can not decline any and all offers for whatever reason he chooses, the odds of being satisfied are in the seekers corner..he can just say no...."0" risk
If I don't like the price, color, location,etc... I don't have to buy. The seller does not have these same options..he must follow and meet a plethora of regulations and laws..... again the consumer is in charge....he can simply say no or do nothing..."0" risk. Just where is the rip off?... this covers the entire retail/wholesale/ labor market.
