The plan that would ADD a 9% tax on food, and ADD a 9% tax on top of any state sales taxes already imposed. Only a guy with no mortgage and no bills of any significance would come up with a nonsensical plan to shift the tax burden on the backs of the already over-taxed middle and poor class.
