The Commonwealth of Virginia had ballot requirement qualifications clearly set in statutory law. Romney and Paul abided by this law and met those qualifications. These other cry baby presidential candidates did not. They should be made to suffer the consequences of poor planning and inept campaign organization. State ballot qualifications should not be based on whether a candidate has met qualifications for federal matching funds. Such funds are unconstitutional." -- Charles Burris
