Good Morning Bruce, In my opinion, yes, Lesbians have the right to create their own drinking hole, or possess any other hole that they may so desire.
With regard to civil rights, I don't think that it is proper to declare something that has been a mainstay of each and every religion for eons, as somehow becoming a "civil right".
