I am trying to collect a list of all the US constitutional amendments which have been proposed in response to Citizens United v. FEC. So far I have these:

I also wanted to make extra sure you all see this article about Denmark having banned all broadcast political ads: http://www.campaignsandelections.com/campaign-insider/258767/what-us-politicos-can-learn-from-denmark.thtml There is a lot of suspicion about giving politicians money inherent in public campaign finance proposals, and Denmark gets 80% turnout and has stellar quality of life measures including the lowest child poverty in the world. If you're going for a constitutional amendment which would get the money out of politics, that seems to be a way to do it which gets better results than the various public campaign finance systems which are tried, and it might be vastly more popular because it doesn't involve giving taxes to politicians.
