The Council on ANTI-American Islamic Relations (CAIR) has sent a letter to
Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-MN), in response to her recent
allegations of Muslim Brotherhood influence within the U.S. government,
stating that the organization is "eternally grateful that, like Sen. Joseph
McCarthy before you, your power is limited, enumerated and constrained by

and has advised the Department of Homeland Security. Imam Mohamed
Magid***enjoys widespread interfaith respect and has also advised the
Department of

Security official, Mohamed Elibiary, has “extensive ties to the Muslim
Brotherhood” and “sympathy for Islamist causes,” and accuses him of
“gain(ing) access to classified documents.” Elibiary approached “a
left-leaning media outlet” with reports marked For Official Use Only that
he said demonstrated rampant “Islamophobia” in the Texas Department of
Public Safety (DPS). The media outlet declined to do a story, but what was
Elibiary doing shopping the Official Use Only documents in the first

McCraw, director of the Texas DPS, “confirmed that Elibiary has access to
the Homeland Security State and Local Intelligence Community of Interest
(HS SLIC) database, which contains hundreds of thousands of intelligence
reports and products that are intended for intelligence sharing between law

accessed DPS documents and downloaded them.” Elibiary was one of the

Imam Magid’s endorsement of Walid’s outspoken Jew-hatred raises some
serious questions about who Obama is getting his advice from, but it does
answer some questions about the inspiration for the Obama administration’s
ongoing “Islamophobia” witchhunt.
