Arizona judge isn't convinced the pregnant man is a man, delaying divorce
*Arizona does not recognize gay marriage, which is what a judge considers
the union of Thomas and Nancy Beatie, so the couple isn’t even sure they
can get a divorce just yet.*

An Arizona judge isn't convinced he can divorce the pregnant man Thomas
Beatie from his her wife because* he doesn't consider the transgender man,
well, a man*. Since Arizona doesn't recognize gay marriage, the judge
argues that he doesn't have the authority to divorce a couple that - in his
estimation - was never married in the first place, reports TMZ.

underwent a country and state-recognized sex change operation in 1998

his her female reproductive organs*. Beatie's U.S. passport and Hawaii

time of their marriage and has given birth to three children, the judge
isn't entirely convinced by the paperwork.*
The pregnant man is seeking a divorce from his her wife Nancy because she
allegedly abused him while inebriated. Beatie said, "She hit me in the
crotch."
The judge is still deliberating as to whether he has the authority to grant
the divorce.
Dude, if you have a vagina you are a woman. Just imagine the mess these
"transgender" divorces are going to cause in a courtroom.
