Hey Michael, I can find nothing on Dr. Paul's web site(s), nor anything in "mainstream" media, (as well as other internet sources that I usually depend upon) to confirm this report.
I do hope that this report is incorrect. I note that Rand Paul seems to be talking a completely different story by the way.....
