Unless the company has it in writing from who they are contracted with it does not mean squat and the company will be caught in the middle. For the government to modify the contract, both parties have to agree to it to be valid. The administration in this case is asking the companies to accept a liability with no protection.
Not to mention the employees who will not have the opportunity to shop for a replacement job because they know they soon are not going to have one.What happens to people who lose their job, got house payments and kids to feed ??? Oh that is right, the administration does not give a rat's ass about those who have jobs, only the drones that will vote for them to keep them in elected office.
