Hey Bruce! Ouch.....Been here....Done this........It's a gamble if you continue with the same guy, I don't care what kind of spin or rap he has going on. The best scenario, is if you can get the other contractor to oversee the "Youngun's" work product, for a small, consultation fee.....It's worth inquiring to see if the new, reputable contractor would consider a "Consultation" type of a job.....
