But sometimes, you need certain things in your living space and that will limit where you live ... I remember about 5 years ago when my Aunt was looking for a house close to where her children were (they all ended up within 10 miles of a central location) and she had to change her idea of WHAT she was going to spend on a house and ended up paying 2X her original idea, but she is now centrally located to 7 of her 9 Grandchildren (2 live in CA) ... I have only seen workers of color in her development, but that was not the reason for buying there, it was proximity to family!!!
