I forget the total number that was extolled to Louisiana, but it was something in excess of $250,000.00 for every man, woman and child, per capita, that was given as aid to the State (e.g.; the purported victims) of Katrina. I was down in Lousiana, (New Orleans and surrounding Parishes) a year and a half ago, and there was still areas that had not been renovated or repaired.
