Rand Paul's Foreign Policy Speech is Based on a Myth..

Huh, I am listening to Senator Rand Paul's foreign policy speech. It is based on a myth as to why the Soviet Union collapsed.
I wasn't aware that Senator Paul was going build on this myth to justify his foreign policy position. As part of the Henry Hazlitt Lecture that I will deliver in March at the Austrian Economics Research Conference 2013, I will discuss this myth.
