Hey Travis! There are a good many of these propaganda films on You Tube, as well as videos that depict the tours given by the DPRK for foreigners. Like this one that you shared, all are fascinating and worth a watch.
This is also a good web site to start of with....It will lead you to the videos I am referencing on You Tube, most of which I have bookmarked, but if you are interested, start here.
