Where to start? Israel is in violation of most every treaty that they have signed, dating back to the 1990 Oslo Accords. Although I don't think that Gaza is necessarily as bad as the media portrays it to be, the fact remains that Israel still refuses to honor the original UN mandate (I think it was 242?) that allowed for two separate states, a Palestine and an Israel.
