I am opposed to the "TIGER" grants, (*e.g.; *the Obama Administration's "Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery" program; but Rep. Vitter brings up a very good point: If in fact the money has been alotted and is going to be spent in our Nation on infrastructure, why is three times the amount of money going to Democrat controlled districts as opposed to those Districts which have Republican representatives?
