Are you referring to Benjamin Nethanatu? Or Bebe Rebozo? I don't know about Rebozo, but yes, I think Nethanatu should have his American citizenship revoked, and if he steps foot within the United States, he should be arrested and tried for treason. The only exception would be to allow him "limited" diplomatic immunity to appear before the UN in New York City.
