Hey Brine,
I am having a hard time finding any publicly made statements from any Administration criticizing Saudi Arabia. Even President Carter was gushing in his praise for Saudi Arabia. I can attest to both Reagan and Bush (1) speaking about the human rights violations within the Saud's borders.
