The Boy Scouts of America don't make a profit on anything, it's private corporations and manufacturers that sell those goods.
I'm all for other States (which they cannot do) to start heavily taxing goods from California. Like California first did with Tobacco against North Carolina, (which was also unconstitutional, but no one cared).
