The ends justify the means*. * *** A little history here is necessary.**** Despite the political disinformation (as opposed to facts and reality) that the mainstream press erroneously spread claiming that Linda Tripp was a whistleblower during the events that led up to President Bill Clinton’s impeachment, she wasn’t a whistleblower. She was a team player. Let’s look at what happened to civil servant, team-player Linda Tripp. As you will see, even if you are a team player, *you are disposable*. Brackets added for context.**** “Five years after the travel office firings, during the Clinton-Lewinsky investigation, Linda tried to explain to [Special Counsel Ken Starr’s grand] jury [why she wasn’t a whistleblower]: “And I will never forgive myself for not warning [Billy Dale and the travel office staff] when I saw what was being done to them [trumping up phony criminal charges]. But I didn’t. I chose to be loyal to the *Office of the Counsel to the President*(italics mine) for whom I worked and made a decision not to give them fair warning about what was going to happen to them.”**** Contrary to conventional wisdom that Linda Tripp was a whistleblower who conspired to destroy the Clintons; the strange truth was the exact opposite. Linda *protected* the Clintons. She chose to be loyal to Hillary Clinton to keep her job.”**** That’s right. Civil servant Tripp chose not to warn civil servant Billy Dale when the Clinton White House was trumping up criminal charges against him to give the lucrative travel office business to their friends—known as Travelgate. In the mob world, it is called payback and Tripp was a foot soldier. Then Tripp incredibly cried victim after she silently watched the Clintons victimize others (Dale was not an isolated case, read *The Whistleblower*) when they did the same thing to her. I repeat. You are disposable.**** Case in point. Remember during the Clinton era when 49 Democrats signed a letter putting pressure on Howard County States’ attorney Marna McLendon to charge Tripp with illegal wiretapping for secretly recording Bill Clinton’s paramour, Monica Lewinsky, for insurance purposes? Indeed, covering up for corruption does take its toll on you if you have/had a conscience. *Not to speak is to speak!* If you don’t remember this criminal episode following is the short version.**** Maryland prosecutors succumbed to the political pressure the Democrats dumped on them (like some of the IRS officials today) to prosecute Linda Tripp. They built a flimsy criminal case and indicted her. Tripp faced two criminal charges that could have thrown her in jail for ten years or stuck her with a $20,000 fine.**** Ultimately the Maryland prosecutors lost their bogus case when the charges were dropped<http://www.nytimes.com/2000/05/25/us/maryland-is-dropping-wiretap-case-against-tripp.html>over a year later because their chief witness, Monica Lewinsky, was a worldwide known perjurer, who with Bill Clinton tried to suborn perjury.**** In the mob world, it’s called witness tampering and shakedowns.**** Meanwhile Tripp was silenced, with the fear of incarceration hanging over head, taxpayer dollars were wasted and not one politician was held accountable for misusing their office for political gain which is why they continue to misuse their power today.**** As Del. Robert L. Flanagan, the House GOP whip of the Maryland House of Delegates, said at the time<http://articles.baltimoresun.com/1998-02-04/news/1998035131_1_flanagan-tripp-white-house>, it was inappropriate and potentially “dangerous” for legislators to tell prosecutors whom to investigate. He accused the Democrats of moving towards a “police state.”**** He was right and because the political judicial system failed to preserve the rule of law then, the corruption continues, unabated and more innocent Americans are caught in the crossfire. That’s right, civil servants and media sycophants. You could be next.**** So I ask you why then is anyone surprised (particularly the media sycophants) to see the political abuse of power continuing today in the IRS and elsewhere? Carl Levin (D-Mich), Max Baucus (D-MT), Chuck Schumer (D-NY), and Al Franken (D-Minn) started writing the IRS Commissioner letters demanding that the agency crack down on conservative groups<http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=tUP5QHXSaQg>. The letters complained that the IRS was acting passively.**** This is how they abuse their power to stay in power.**** As Rick Santelli of *CNBC* said, “When you get right down to it, the political targeting and stalling of tax-exempt applications by the IRS was an effort to defund the Tea Party,” wrote Lawrence Kudrow recently<http://www.nysun.com/national/criminality-appears-to-lie-at-the-heart-of/88307/>, “Rick Santelli, one of the Tea Party founders and my *CNBC* colleague, was the first to make this point. I’ve taken it a step further: The IRS was taking the Tea Party out of play for the 2012 election, as it looked to avoid a repeat of 2010 and another Tea Party landslide.”**** Same thing happened at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. Did they go to jail for trumping up charges against civil servant Billy Dale, committing perjury, withholding evidence and so forth? No. Did Billy Dale have to fight for his life to stay out of jail and for his freedom? Yes.**** “In its aftermath, five of the staffers were reinstated, and in a self-critical report the White House admitted it “erred and would never again short-circuit proper legal channels by bypassing the Justice Department in seeking an FBI investigation (*The Whistleblower* page 58).”** ** That’s it. The Clinton White House had a self-investigation. Then the Clinton White House said they were sorry and promised they would never short-circuit proper legal channels again. In case you haven’t been keeping score. Civil servant, team-player Tripp had loyally served the Clintons outside the Oval office and Hillary’s counsel office to keep her job. Is that what you are doing in the Obama administration because if so, look out. When Tripp found herself in their way, she needed to go just like Billy Dale had to go. Same thing applies to the civil servants in the IRS and beyond. In the mob world, sometimes people are literally or figuratively whacked.**** White House illegally leaks confidential information **** Don’t forget how the Clinton administration illegally leaked confidential information<http://usatoday30.usatoday.com/news/washington/2003-11-03-tripp-lawsuit_x.htm>from Tripp’s FBI background check to the press to destroy her credibility so they could remain in power when her tapes with Monica Lewinsky became public—not by her own actions. She became collateral damage and the taxpayers footed the bill, + $595,000 in compensation (which mostly went to Tripp’s lawyers), for their crime.**** Hey, hey civil servants serving in the Obama administration—are you feeling good, warm and fuzzy about the privacy of your FBI background check, especially the RAW data portion? You know what I’m talking about—the fast track to the tabloids. Well, you shouldn’t be. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Your FBI background check could be leaked out next. I remind you, Billy Dale and Linda Tripp simply went to work too. The political judicial system has failed America for decades. Politicians will do anything to stay in power. You are disposable. That’s why it is RICO time. That’s why it is up to the people now to hold Washington accountable under the Racketeer Influence and Corrupt Organizations Act.**** To recap, RICO suits need to start nation-wide immediately. They can always merge with others and be joined at the criminal level. Civil RICO does not rely on the politics of the criminal prosecution system to work. This is especially critical because politics have corrupted the Federal criminal justice system’s ability to obtain justice. With civil RICO it’s the underlings’ assets that become damages/compensation if they are found guilty then work your way UP!**** In a just, lawful America, gunrunning Attorney General Eric Holder would have been held accountable for his role in Paradongate<http://pjmedia.com/blog/obamas-new-advisor-stained-by-clinton-pardon-scandal/>during the Clinton era and that would have ended his “public service” then. Instead the Bush administration, part of the special justice system in Washington that doesn’t apply to you or me rolled over and declined to investigate quid-pro-quo Pardongate.**** Holder went on to “serve” as Obama’s chief law enforcement officer, the attorney general of the United States. Bill Clinton, who also wasn’t held accountable for Pardongate, according to *MSNBC,* has become the “President of the World” and played a major role in helping Obama’s 2012 re-election. Holder’s reign of making a mockery out of the rule of law continues in Fast and Furious, targeting of journalists and beyond. Holder shouldn’t be asked to resign. He should be indicted—now. But he won’t be indicted by the political judicial system because Obama’s brain, White House Senior Advisor Valerie Jarrett, made it perfectly clear that he “will be in his position for quite a while<http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/06/06/valerie-jarrett-eric-hold_n_3397355.html> .”**** Get it?
